How many persons office do you provide?

We provide 1 person office and 2 persons office! The 1 person office starts with 1, 2, 3 and the 2 persons office starts with A, B, C!

Are your rooms private?

Yes! We provide fully private rooms!

 

Can I eat and drink in the rooms and can I order food in?

Yes! Just help to keep our place clean and throw food waste in the big bins located outside our shop!

 

Help! I can’t scan the QR code as I am using my handphone to book!

Don’t worry! When the QR pop up appears, long press on the QR code and save it. Open your banking app, select “Photo Library” and select the image with the QR code.

If you closed the QR pop up accidentally, open your booking confirmation email. Screenshot the QR code. Open your banking app, select “Photo Library” and select the image with the QR code.

What are your operating hours?

Mon - Sun: 8am - 11pm

Do you offer printing & photocopy services?

No, But Wan Dian convenience store just downstairs at #01-07 offers these services at reasonable rates!

 

What if I need to cancel my booking after I made payment?

Generally, we are unable to grant refunds to your bookings due to increased complexity. Please contact hello@cosycorner.sg and rest assured we will try our best to help you.
